Make your own “cookie tree” for the kitchen.
To make a cookie tree, purchase an artificial tree about two feet in height. Bake cookies with a hole for inserting yarn or kitchen twine. Or wrap cookies in cellophane tied with ribbon. String each cookie with a loop made of yarn or twine. Hang on tree branches along with wrapped candies. Top with a decorated cookie star or one made from stiffened Gingham fabric.
